Become a Legionnaires’ TOP GUN!

Why Enrolling in This Training is a MUST You keep your building running. Comfort. Efficiency. Energy savings. And the cooling tower? It’s running. Humming. Cooling. But inside that tower hides something invisible. Something deadly. Something you may have overlooked.

The Silent Threat It’s a scorching summer morning. A man walks into his office, relieved to feel the cool air. By noon, he’s coughing. The next day, he’s struggling to breathe: Legionnaires’ Disease. And he’s not alone. The news breaks: 19 infected. 2 dead. A widow on TV sobs: “They know, but they don’t act. It’s always the same — until people die.”

The Nightmare Scenario Investigators trace the outbreak to a cooling tower in the neighborhood. Could it be yours? You think: “It can’t be my tower. I have water treatment. A maintenance contract. It passed spring testing.” Then Public Health arrives. They take a sample. Days later, the verdict: Your tower is the source. The lawsuits come. Your name spreads through the media. Social networks rip apart your reputation. Years of hard work — gone. Your career, your confidence, your future — destroyed. You thought outbreaks only happen to the negligent. You thought your system was safe. You were wrong.

You Still Have the Power to Prevent This Don’t wait for a tragedy to expose your blind spots. Enroll now and become a confident Legionnaires’ TOP GUN™ — equipped to detect and eliminate the risk before it destroys lives.

Show the difference between reckless risk-taking and courageous risk management.

Change the way you see cooling tower design, operation, water treatment, and maintenance.

Expose blind spots and hazards you may not even know exist.

Teach a multi-barrier risk management process aligned with ISO and ASHRAE standards.

Provide ready-to-use tools and templates so you can start protecting people immediately.

Guide you to become a Legionnaires’ TOP GUN™.

Your Instructor Mario Bellavance — B.Eng., M.Eng.Mgt.

Founder, Blue Heron Cooling Tower Inc. Since 1995, I’ve worked in the cooling tower industry — repairing, testing, upgrading, and even designing towers. Like many, I once underestimated the danger of Legionnaires’ Disease — until tragedy knocked at my door. A few weeks after attending a seminar on Legionnaires’ Disease at the ASHRAE Expo in 2010, a friend who had been there too told me her cousin had contracted the disease. Shortly after, her cousin passed away. I went to the funeral home and felt the grief of a husband, children, grandchildren — the sorrow of an entire family mourning their loving pillar. I knew this tragedy, and others like it, could be prevented. Then something became clear: We MUST stop it.

In 2012, a massive outbreak in Quebec City infected 181 people and killed 14. From that day, my mission reached a higher scale: Stop Legionella and share my knowledge with the world. I’ve implemented multiple risk management programs, delivered seminars worldwide, published books, and spoken in front of leading experts in the field. A respected microbiologist once called me a “good soldier” against Legionella. Now, I want to share this honor with you — so you can become a Legionnaires’ TOP GUN™.
